cab S1000-400 Label Applicator Attachement
The S1000-400 applicator attachment transforms your Squix printer into an automated print & apply system. The S1000 is easy to setup and use. Simply install the hardware on any compatible Squix printer and you’re ready to begin labeling.
The S1000 dispenser is highly adjustable, which makes it perfect for labeling mixed height products. During initial setup, the Squix printer and S1000 applicator system is mounted above the labeling area. A product is placed under the applicator for labeling. When the applicator is triggered, the applicator pad takes up a peeled label from the printer. Then, the pneumatic cylinder lowers the pad to the product surface and tamps down the label. From the label uptake position, the pneumatic cylinder on the S1000-400 extends to a maximum depth of 15.7 in, or; 9.6 in below the bottom of the device.
The standard S1000 module includes a tamp label applicator pad. A roll-on tamp pad for curved products and a blow on pad for touchless application must be purchased separately.
